Please check over pre-enrollment forms carefully and return to the office as soon as possible. Make corrections of address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc. on the forms. If you will be moving please write which new school your child will be attending. You will still need to bring two proofs of residency to enrollment confirmation on August 6th or 7th, 2012.
