 May 18th 9 a.m.-3 p.m. we need families to sign up for a work day to help our night custodian Alejandrina Ruvalcaba and her family work towards a Habitat Home.  If you would like to help, please visit the Cleveland County Habitat for Humanity website.  

 

Click on get involved; volunteer; "Volunteer-up"; register and select our group "George Washington Elementary".  Here is the link.

Habitat needs volunteers for the entire session.  Sign up for as much or as little as you can for that day.  Lunch is provided on site.

 

Habitat is also making special arrangements for our group so that our our children can be a part of the work day. Their site states that volunteers cannot be younger than 16 BUT they are working something out just for us so sign up the whole family!
